General Nursing Midwifery

GNM referred as General Nursing and Midwifery it deals with the education of nurses in general health care, nursing, and midwifery. It is a 3 years long Diploma program. Academic program is 3 years long and 6 months are dedicated towards internship. Internship is mandatory. This programme will boost you in career prospects. After completing this course, successful candidates may register themselves as registered nurse or midwife with state nurse registration council.

Admission Criteria :

The contraction for the GNM course is General Nursing and Midwifery.
Karnataka GNM 2021 Eligibility Criteria

1. Successful qualification of class XII from a known educational board.
2. If possible, science subjects as the main subjects of study at the 10+2 level.
3. A total mark of 45% (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
